My Opinion

I believe victim compensation for the terrorist actions should be fair and
just. My opinion follows:

- Lawyer fees incurred at the direction of any victim, family member
of any
victim, or heir, should be NOT be allowed as part of any
compensation
awarded.

- Potential compensation awarded any victim, family member of any
victim, or
heirs, should be reduced by any amounts of legal remedies,
insurance, or
corporate compensation.

- Impacts and results of the terrorist actions are NOT the
responsibility of the
Federal Government.
