Refund of donation to 911 fund
I am angered at finding out that gay and lesbian citizens are to be excluded,
unless states recognize gay and lesbian relationships, from benefits from the
911 fund. I would like to know how we as citizens can apply for a refund of
the money we sent to the funds, including yours, that so discriminate?
Please advise of the proper procedure please.
