Hello,

Re: Feinberg's decision to give Gay spouses the shaft in
accordance with the discriminatory laws of each State, it
is clear that Mr. Feinberg is fudging the law for illegal
immigrant workers. This is a end-run around the law
for them. Yet no such effort is going to be extended
for gay survivors.

Don't want to get involved in local lawsuits? Guess what -
you are going to get them anyway, so don't use that
excuse to de-humanize gays. It is simply bigotry hiding
behind complex bookkeeping.
