Mr. Zwick,

I am shocked and appalled to learn that the victims compensation fund will not compensate the partners of gay and lesbians who died in the tragic attacks of September 11. How can we leave these deserving Americans out of the picture, out in the cold? Where is the conscience of the U.S. Goverment? Where is justice for all people? How are equality and civil rights being served by this action?

I strongly urge you to revise this policy and provide ALL partners with the benefits they are due.
