I feel compelled to write this e-mail, to express my dissapointment with the compensation amount in the federal victims fund. I would be entitled only to non-economic loss which according to the fund would be 300.000.00 munus collateral source compensation which in my case, would entitle me to receive 75,000.00 from the fund. This is no incentive to stop me from going into litigation no matter how long it would take. I feel that 300,000.00 without any deduction from callateral source, would be inadequate but considering the favorable time factor with the fund and the fact that noone wants to strain our airline industries with lawsuits, I would go with the federal fund,
