Victim Compensation Funds
Dear Sir or Madam:
I am strongly in support of providing financial support for any person who had a close relationship with a victim of September 11th. If they can show that their financial situation is adversely affected, they should and must morally and ethically be cared for.
United our country will stand together and this is the time to show the world what a united front we do have.
