Subject: My Comments On Compensation
I feel that compensation should be provided to those needing it most. There should be some form of means testing. Family assets, life insurance, retirement proceeds, and other compensation and financial assets should be taken into consideration. Those families with sizeable assets should be eliminated. Assets from Sept. 11 funds should only be made to those families with a bona fide need.
