how can you!!!!
How can you exclude your gay citizens from compensation! I am so angry about
this. If I had been killed in 9/11, my partner of many years, who married me
in our church on Valentines Day 2000, would have been excluded from any
benefits from the victim compensation programs. I am incensed.
