Charity
I think that the accepted charity (aimed for cover everyday life
expenses) should be reduced from Federal awards because that you are
not trying to get rich with the loss of your loved one's life.
However, donation made to specific individual (with names) or with
specific reason (e.g., Children's Education, Summer Camp Fund or kid's
talent school, etc.) should not count for reduction.
