KEEP YOUR EYES ON THE PRIZE: FREEDOM

KEEP YOUR EYES ON THE PRIZE!

During Black History Month, we are compelled to stand up for FREEDOM!

Give us our rights as American Citizens: The Right To Due Process under The
Victims Compensation Fund:
* Remove presumptive awards - give me a fair hearing, do not tell me what my
claim is worth BEFORE my hearing!
* Do not cap my award - without even giving me a hearing!
* Do not give me a hearing officer hand picked by Ken Feinberg - Give me a
Non-political, independent hearing officer!
* Each claimant should be treated as an individual, as in American court
rooms around the country!
* Do not set a limit of two hours to my hearing - criminals and murderers
get more respect!
* Define collateral sources - make this clear, before I sign away my rghts
to pursue the Airlines!

Overall, the Airline Bailout Bill restricts the WTC Victims and their
families from sueing, so at the very least, we should have a fair hearing!

DO NOT TAKE AWAY OUR RIGHT TO DUE PROCESS!

We have jumped back in time - our American rights - our freedom - are at
stake, only this time,
it is the Constitutional Rights of the World Trade Center Victims and their
families!
