Insurance Payout

Decreasing the victim compensation by the amount of insurance carried by the
victim is not fair. Also the salary basis should be on the position the
victim had when killed not an earlier position the victim might have had
three years ago with a much lower wage. The base salary in other words
should be based on their current position and the wage growth assumptions
starts at that salary base.

My daughter was a victim and had recently been upgraded and going back to
1998 would be unfair to obtain an average salary.
