I am a good citizen. You people blame gay people for being "promiscuous" but then you refuse to recognize our partnerships. I have spent SO MUCH money and time celebrating my straight friends' weddings and marriages, and my tax money pays for their special benefits and their children's schooling. I am happy to pay my share-- now you have a chance to treat us fairly. We're not asking for any "special rights"-- just to be treated equally and fairly. How dare you. How dare you establish a fund in the name of freedom and justice, and then build discrimination into your policies. This is unforgiveable.
