Regarding your Topic #5 on Claimant Eligibility
Regarding your Topic #5 on Claimant Eligibility, I request that you consider
the unborn children who were killed
along with their pregnant mothers as a result of the September 11 terrorist
attacks as "eligible victims."
There is no reason for a child not to be considered - these women did not
intend to abort their children - and even if they did, the child is still a
child.
