Victims Compensation Fund

I am responding to the request for public input on the regulations governing
the victims of 9/11 Compensation Fund.

It is important that this fund be administered so as to provide equal and
fair treatment to all families of victims. This means that all "families"
whether traditional male/female or other family arrangements including
significant others", gay and/or lesbian families and their children be
treated equally.

We do not want to resort to some of the same tactics of discrimination used
by the terrorists to compensate those citizens who suffered. This is not
the time for someone's "political agenda" to be catered to, but instead is
the time for healing and sharing. "Hate is not a family value."
