To Whom it May Concern:

I am writing to express my hope that the partners and dependents of gay
victims of the recent terrorist attacks on our country will be compensated
in a manner equal to the compensation afforded the heterosexual victims'
spouses and dependents. This would represent the U. S. values of justice and
equality that separates us from the perpetrators of these heinous crimes.
