Please include consideration of my concerns!

Dear Members of the DOJ & Director Kenneth L. Zwick,

I urge you in the strongest language of which I am capable to include
among those who may receive compensation from the September 11 Victim
Compensation Fund those who lost their life partners or de facto
parents or children, regardless of sexual orientation or marital
status. In other words, please include lesbian, gay, bisexual, or
transgendered Americans among those who deserve recognition for their
losses.

All of us as human beings are affected by death & loss; do NOT set
aside the love & family units created by human beings whose sexual
orientations might be other than heterosexual. Please recognize their
families as deeply affected by these tragedies, please recognize
their financial situations as being of EQUAL merit to ANY OTHER
citizen of this nation who lost a loved one or was injured in the
heinous attacks of September 11, 2001.

This is an historic time, after events that were never imagined
before September 11th. I urge you as strongly as I can to act with
compassion & common sense. Please include language that includes ALL
AMERICANS & their families as worthy or compensation by the September
11 Victim Compensation Fund who can document domestic & financial
interdependence. Thank you.

Emphatically yours,

Individual Comment
