I am very disappointed by your recent decision making it more difficult for
gay/lesbian survivors of Sept 11th to claim Victims Compensation Funding. I
ask that you reconsider your decision.

Your decision means that majority of Gay/Lesbian citizens of New York are
unlikely to claim any compensation from their spouse's death. Is it
interesting that only two states in our union recognize same sex couples -
California and Hawaii? How convenient for you?

And I am ashamed that my government would favor undocumented aliens for
compensation, but discriminate against Gay and Lesbians citizens born in
this country.

Your actions are blatantly discriminating against Gay & Lesbians community.
How typical of Bush administration. Wake up...this country is so much more
than heterosexuals with two child families you idiots!
