There is no way to determine what a person's future income will be. It is
the responsibility of each person to ensure that their loved ones are taken
care of in the event of their untimely death, why should one's family be
penalized by subtracting life insurance from their award when acquiring
insurance is the responsible thing to do. Each of these families suffered
equally and should be compensated equally no matter the size of their family,
age, income or any other factors.
