Don't forget the low income families or older individuals
It has just been made to my attention that Feinberg has no discretion over
the disparity between families as Congress enacted it so the economic losses
are taken into consideration. However, to be fair and more just to those who
were food workers and security guards and dish washers, etc- A larger amount
should be given to all families for pain and suffering. No family should have
to be faced with less than 1.5 million dollars in loght of the way the victim
tragically died. Nothing can bring them back.... this is true ...but at the
minimum the families should be duly and righteously compensated for the way
they died. Anything is the thousands is insulting.
