Pain and Suffering
I do not believe that the sum of 250 plus 50 for each dependent is anywhere
near enought to compensate my family for their pain. The Special Master
should have been at my house this Tuesday when the police informed me that
the "remains" of my husband had been identified through DNA. The "remains"
consisted of a piece of his skull.
There is no monetary award that will replace my husband, but my children
should NEVER want for anything for the rest of their lives. The opportunity
to sue has been taken away from us, our loved ones were not protected and now
we are being taken advantage of. THIS AMOUNT SHOULD BE INCREASED!!
