My family donates to the victim~survivor fund regularly, including things like Burger King! We are not wealthy, but to me, what's $1.00 at each trip to my daughter's favorite fast food restaurant! My opinion, is that regardless of income, life insurance policies, etc., the people in our country gave money to help the families, regardless of anything else! Please give equally! Somehow, there must be a way! Noone's family, in this tradgedy should have a price tag put on thier lives! People need to apply by certain dates. But after so many months, split the whole pot between them! Our country was generous! This is USA! Share it fairly!
