Dear Sir;

We are in support of removing the arbitrary income limits, and to increase
non-econo ic rewards.

We must care for all these people equally. We have no right to determine what
is equitable here. These people all perished, and each life was so precious
and dear.
We have an obligation to care for, and support these familes. As our lady of
justice is blind, so must we be blind, to what is equitable for these people.
We are all born on the same level, in death we should all be treated the same
as well.
