victims fund

Now that the victims of Sept 11, have all become tax free millionaires while the rest of the country is out of work and starving or the poor is losing there medicine from medicaid I hope the government is happy with making them non taxpayers.
The rest of the country's taxes is feeding, clothing, and housing our enemies that attacked NY and Washington
I feel every man, woman and child in this country is a victim and for the victims to collect their millions the president uses social security funds and social security programs are now being cut.
some how this just does not seem to be fair
the victims should pay taxes instead of all the tax breaks they are receiving.
How about giving me 5 years tax free money
