Special consideration for children
1.Consideration should be given to funding education for youngsters who have suffered the loss of one or both parents-Many of whom are infants at this time. Consideration should be given towards paying for special schooling if need be at this time;to fund tuition for post High school education be it college or graduate schoolong-law,medicine,etc. and.or technical/trade school education.
Placing the funding in special interest bearing accounts similar to accounts place in trust for infants who have been awarded personal injury damages/ Special Court appointed guardians or a special Department of Justice Office designed to administeer funds on behalf of infants.
