Gay and Lesbian Victims
I am writing to register my disappointment that the 9/11 Fund is citing
state law as an excuse for discrimination against gay and lesbian survivors,
while skirting federal law to provide benefits to illegal aliens. All
survivors of 9/11 should be treated equally and fairly.
Please correct this error in your policy.
