Gay and Lesbians deserve equal treatment


To whom it may concern,

I understand that the partners of gay and lesbian victims of the September
11th terrorist attacks may not be eligible for the same benefits as
heterosexual partners. I find this to be a grave injustice!!!! Particularly
when benefits will be awarded to illegal aliens and fetuses! If exceptions
can be made under the law in those cases, certainly monetary benefits of
equal stature can be awarded to gay and lesbian persons who lost a love one
in this horrible crime against humanity. Don't make it worst by
discriminating like the terrorist did!
