Dear Mr. Zwick,
American families come in many different forms besides that of a legally
married man and woman. I urge you to take a broad definition of family so
that partners of people who could not marry (gay couples) or did not marry
(heterosexual couples) are eligible for any compensation in the aftermath
of the terrrorist attacks of September 11th, 2001.
