Exclusion of Gay Partners from Victim Compensation Fund
I am disturbed to learn that the Victims' Compensation Fund is excluding gay partners/"significant others" from compensation. How can such a decision be justified when the Fund is compensating many others with even less of a claim of right to the funds such as aliens who are in this country illegally and unborn fetuses?
