To Whom It May Concern,

I am deeply concerned by the decision to exclude certain victims of the
September 11th attacks simply because they happen to be homosexual. I
think it is a sad comment of the American value system that deserving
people in need will be descriminated against so callously. This was not a
scenario I envisioned when I donated my money to the fund. I am sure many
other contributors would feel the same.


I hope the Fund will reconsider such a biased, heartless and truly un-
American decision. These people have already been victimized by the
terrorists, they dont need to be victimized by their own government.
