Dear Mr. Zwick,
After reading many articles (How Much Is a Life Worth?) related to the World Trade Center victims families compensation fund, the following questions arise:
1. Are the victims families going to be treated fairly or is the government going to be predisposed to a certain level of compensation?
2. How will the amount of compensation be determined?
Mr dear nephew who worked for on the floor was one of many victims murdered on September 11th. He left a wife and 2 daughters and . was an active in his comunity and was also coach on both daughters soccer and basketball teams....moments, afternoons, evenings the girls cherished and shared with their dad "GONE FOREVER". The many wonderful celebrations and holiday dinners my family and I had the joy of sharing with and his young family "GONE FOREVER".
I strongly oppose any insurance coverage, saving accounts, IRAs or 401K plans the victims may have had be deducted from the compensation fund. Fathers worked long hours and paid for whatever coverage they had sacrificing the precious time they had left with their families and children. Please accept the comments on the attached letter as that of my own.
Sincerely,
Individual Comment
