Include Same-Sex Partners
It is with deep regret that the September 11th Victim Compensation Fund
intends to exclude same-sex partners of those killed in the terrorist
attacks from any Fund benefits. When illegal aliens -- who aren't even U.S.
citizens -- are made eligible for fund benefits before tax-paying citizens
are, there is something seriously wrong with the system, and I strongly
encourage you to reexamine the basis for those eligible for it.
