Unfair treatment of gay and lesbian families

Hi,

I'm writing to protest your exclusion of gay and lesbian partners from the
September 11 Victim Compensation fund.

I understand that same-sex couples are not recognized under Federal law.
However, neither are undocumted (illegal) aliens, who are eligible for your
funds and fetuses who are not even people according to Federal rulings.
Your election to exclude gay families from compensation is therefore
arbitrary and discriminatory.
