Compensation for victim families

Is there any rational reason why the Government should use my money for
payments to families of the attack victims? Was there a payment made to
victim survivors in the first trade center bombing? Are the victims of a
tornado or a flood compensated by the Government? This attack had nothing to
do with the Government and consequently Government does not owe any
compensation.

Too often Government agencies as well as our Representatives act out of
emotion rather than common sense or logic.

In the past two years my net worth was reduced by 33% why should not the
Government compensate me as well?
