It is a shame that you will honor ILLEGEL aliens but
not a law-abiding gay partner just because he is gay.
These states do not recognize illegel aliens as
deserving state benefits and you give them money
anyway while out of the other side of your mouth you
claim that you will honor state law. You are as bad as
the terrorists.
