This apparently despite the fact that illegals, who are in effect criminals, will receive compensation----illegals who may very well not even be taxpayers, unlike the victims. Perhaps thetaxes of the victims and their partners, and the contributions they made, both monetary and otherwise, should be refunded or refused. Justice this is not----discrimination it is.
