gay's won't get benefits


this is outrageous... your group will happily hand survivor benefits to
illegal aliens, people who are not only not citizens of this country but
who are breaking local, state, and federal laws by living and working in
the united states (and by the way, not tell any authorities about them),
and yet you will not provide benefits to the partners of legal citizens
of this country who have done nothing illegal (being gay is not a crime)
because the state they live in does not recognize gay unions. these
people are heroes, and their partners deserve the same respect and help
as every other victim of this tragedy.
