Fairness

First of all, it was politics to create such a fund when victims of
terrorists in other disasters were not compensated. Furthermore these
victims did not volunteer so even tho it was a terrible thing, they were
not all heroes because they were there.
If the fund is a "done deal" then certainly gay spouses should not be
excluded if it can be proven they were a "couple" . You are being
generous with my money and I say all or none.
