Its pretty easy to see they want to have the US tax payers foot the bill so they can live on easy street for the rest of their lives and with careful planning and investing, their children's lives as well. Those relatives of victims who had insurance should be happy WE the US taxpayers are giving them anything extra at all. How much compensation did the Oklahoma City bombing people get? Why is their tragedy any worse than say someone who is killed by a drunk driver?
