I just read the article "Sept. 11 donations prompt call to cut federal aid"
in the paper today.
You know they never should have billed all these "charitable donations" as
the "Sept 11 donation fund" etc. if they wern't going to give the funds to
the people involved. I also don't think that the victims should suffer and
not be able to sue just because they received funds that were donated for
their cause.
The Red Cross, United Way, and all the other organizations that are involved
should be ashamed, and if they keep this sort of activity up, they will be
hard pressed getting help from anyone in the future, so they had better make
good use of the money they have now...
