Suggestion
As the time approaches to distribute funds from the "Victim's
Compensation" account, I realize that those who administer this fund
will face a difficult challenge....How should these funds be distributed
fairly? The victims of the "September 11th Attach" included Americans
across all walks of life. Some of these Americans were persons with
sexual orientations other than the majority, heterosexual population.
Please ensure that funds are dispersed appropriately to the domestic
partners, children, and other family members of ALL persons who lost
their lives in the terroristic attacks.
