Fw: unfairness
While 9/11 truly changed the world forever, I don't think that the federal government should be giving any compensation to the families.
On 12/05/66, my brother died for this country in the jungles of Viet Nam. My parents received the standard military life insurance benefit of $10,000. The compensation being handed out now is an insult to the families of servicemen that died for this country.
What happened on 9/11 was surely a tragedy, but it is not the federal government's fault.
