unborn children
To the Honorable John Ashcroft,
Please consider the tally of victims of September 11, 2001 to include the unborn children that died in the womb of mothers killed on that day. We need to recognize these little lives in a way that Americans will begin to see that it is more than "tissue". If we create a life count that includes the unborn, but already existent fetuses, it will be a step in the direction of counting them on all issues.
