Victim's compensation

I find it disgusting and outrageous that familes and victims of the 9/11
tragedies feel it is their duty and right to receive handouts from the
government, charitable agencies and the Red Cross in excess of $1 million --
and complain that it is not enough no less. If my husband were to die today
I would receive no help from the government nor would I expect to. At some
point, people need to understand the fact that tragedies happen. Expecting
the government to take care of them when they do is unrealistic.
