Dear 911 Victims Fund: I've recently become aware* of the fact that your fund will not be recognizing same sex partnerships in the same what it will be recognizing heterosexual partnerships. I understand that Mr. Fein berg is willing to overlook federal laws regarding illegal aliens and their unlawful employers. Yet when it comes to recognizing same sex partnerships Mr. Fein berg tries to lay blame on the lack of consistent recognition of same sex partnerships by the states and their laws. The majority of Americans believe in equal treatment for everyone -- even gays and lesbians. Please reconsider your position and provide funds equally to same sex partners as you do for heterosexuals. Just because we can't legally marry doesn't nullify the existence of same sex partners.
