Sept. 11th fund
I am writing in reply to the US Department of Justice
request to respond to questions posed about the use of
the Sept. 11th Fund for gay, lesbian, bisexual or
transgendered persons.
I strongly urge the Justice Department to include
among relatives eligible for compensation those who
lost their life partners as well as de facto parents
or children, without regard to sexual orientation or
marital status.
