your discrimatory policy against g/l/b/t families

I think it is sinful not to give all families including the g/l/b/t
families equal consideration. I am a volunteer fire fighter. My
granddaughter is a lesbian. If she were in this situation, I would want her
treated equally and fairly.
Our nation was founded on the principle of separation of church and
state. Some churches seem to get favored. I have to tell you that my
church deems praying out loud as highly offensive and sinful. Obviously the
"churches" in control get favored.
Do what is right.
