Dear Victims' Compensation Fund:
I am outraged that you are not recognizing gay victims' partners as you are heterosexuals'. It is amazing to me that you can overlook federal law, "compensating" illegal immigrants, without recognizing the heroism of your own citizens. I do not accept the excuse that you are "following state law." If there is one thing that 9/11 taught us, it's that humanity is not confined or defined by state boundaries. This is worthy of a public ban like Colorado. It's an outrage.
