This in spite of the fact that compensation will be offered to illegal aliens who come forward. This is the cruelest kind of hypocrasy, and there is no excuse for it. Apparently, gay US citizens don't have the same rights as illegal aliens, even though one gay American, , has been hailed a hero by Sen.
