Gays betrayed again.
Your decision to deny benefits to the spouses of gay
victims of September 11th is incredibly hurtful. The
decision is divisive and uncharitable. Our community
is outraged and this is not something we will accept
quietly. Did the gay heroes that died as a result of
September 11th stop to think that it was mainly
heterosexual lives they were saving? Obviously not.
They have been betrayed by you.
