The congress thereafter enacted a fund to protect the airlines limiting there obvious liability and FAIRLY compensated the victims families. Your proposal does protect the airlines and limits liability but does not provide any financial relief to my family whatsoever. My mothers value(sic) based on your formula would be worth ZERO after life insurance and 401 k plans(which she sacrificed to contribute to). You have stated numerous times that this fund should be supported and is more advantageous then the court system based on your figures I fail to see that. The fund was enacted to alleviate any court litigation but after talking to other affected families your plan encourages not discourages litigation. Please review congresses legislation and your fund and please come to a settlement that is fair,equitable and foremost not insulting.
